Great book! My 2 year old son is a Thomas super fan! He loves the great photos and artwork, and rattling off character names as he flips through the pages. It will grow with him as he begins to read because there are great little facts and interesting bits of trivia on each page. It's a very nice hardback book, and the little thomas mini figure on top rolls back and forth along the track. You can take him out, but I think it adds a lot of character to the book and is fun to tip back and forth! I would definitely recommend for any fan of Thomas, big or small!

My Thomas Fan loves this. He’s two and knows more of the characters than I do! It’s got the new characters including Ashima from india. The only thing that I don’t like is that the plastic package that the mini Thomas comes in is not removable and makes the book taller than need be and hard to put on a shorter shelf.

Six-year-old grandson's only interest is Thomas trains. Gave him this encyclopedia of characters and he looked through it page by page naming each of the over 100 characters in the book.The book itself is made extremely well. The photos and colors are vivid. This is a high quality book which will be a treasured reference item for many years.

Bought this for my Thomas loving 5 year old! It has gone everywhere with us! He demands it is read to him nightly! I love his love of books and reading, and this is great for that! I really like that it's not all in paragraph form, but little snippets all over!

My daughter (just turned 2) could not have been more excited about this book. The illustrations are great and there is great detail about all of her favorite characters, as well as characters we've not seen before. If your little one is a Thomas fan, they will surely love this book!

I saw this right when it got released and got it for a potty training present for my son. He sits on the potty and reads this book over and over. I mean flips through.

My book was delivered sooner than expected and in good condition. This one was 1 of a series of 24 currently out-of-print and now I have them all.

I have read the first thirteen of the Phantom Stallion series, and Golden Ghost is one of my favorites. Like all the Phantom Stallion books, a lot of different story lines are presented throughout the book. You get to know not only the human characters, but also the horses, each of which have their own personality as well. I highly recommend the Phantom Stallion series for any horse lover!

This was actually the first Phantom Stallion book I read. I won it from our libary when I was ten and I didn't really care for it at that time. I re read it a few months ago and loved it!! This one is a great book if you like mysteries along with horses. It's one of my favorite.

This is a fantastic book. It is a mystery that involves Jen's family's lost horse, the ghost town, and the water that has chemicals in it that kills animals. You should defenetly read this book!!

Sam and Jen have been assigned to do a report on the ghost town of NuggetWhile they're there they see a horse that looks to be a ghost! It's not a ghost but it's the lost Kensworthy palomino Golden Rose! Jen's parents are fighting andon the break of moving to town. Jen is desperate to keep her family together but the only way is to catch Rose. And just how easy is it to catch a horse that's been freefor over 2 yrs? Sam sees The Phantom with Rose and if The Phantom wants Rose as his new lead mare it will be even harder to catch Rose. But finally they are able to catch herand bring her home.

We bought this book for our granddaughter who enjoys reading books about horses. In particular, she loves this series. She wanted Book #8 to help complete her collection.

This text is an excellent reference for general clinical practice. It offers good images for reference, short concise explanations and basic guidelines for treatment options for stabilization. I'd recommend this for clinics that don't have access to specialty services to assist with diagnostic interpretation.

A somewhat disappointing book. The picures are not very helpful, and there are no actual radiographs. The ultrasound pictures are completely useless. I recommend spending more money and getting a better book (not Thrall, which is even worse).

With tourism to Panama growing in leaps and bounds, and political/economic boundaries dropping between the two powerhouses of Central America, a combined cartographic product makes sense. The scale of this book is reasonably similar to that of the map of Costa Rica, but for Panama, the enhanced scale is very significant. Naturally, given the scale of the artwork, the detail is exceptional. The book, being a convenient size to carry in a back pack or a car glove compartment, is easy to use, readable, and convenient. The hard card cover protects the book on the retail shelves and provides durability for the maps. Finally, the cost for the end user is less than the cost of buying two maps. This book approach makes so much sense that I can t imagine why we didn t do it sooner

This is a pocket sized map. You can drive of the edge of a page in about 30 - 40 minutes. Too much flipping through pages is required for it to be useful. Thank goodness I had GPS while visiting.
